[2012. 01] The 63th National License Examination for Pharmacists

 Total 1,614 examinees passed the National
License Examination for Pharmacists conducted on January 17.

 



  National
Health Professional Licensing Examination Board has announced that 1,614 among
1,815 who took the state examination passed.

 



 This
year¡¯s pass rate was 88.9 percent, which increased by 4.7 percent from previous
year¡¯s 84.2 percent.

 



 As a result of that, new 1,614 pharmacists
have been introduced to the nation this year. Although no graduates will be
made for upcoming two academic years because of restructuring college curriculums
of pharmacy to introduce new 6-year degree program, the national license
examination will be conducted during the two years.
