Establishment of the Center for

the Unfair Distribution of Medicines & Drugs

T/F for the normalization of medicine distribution has established and operated the ¡®Center for the Unfair Distribution of Medicines & Drugs' on the website of the Korea Pharmaceutical Association.

It has a policy of taking strong countermeasures, including civil and criminal actions, against enterprises:

¡â when the balance between a pharmacy, pharmaceutical company, and wholesaler differ and need to be confirmed;

¡â when a pharmaceutical company and a wholesaler's pharmacy name and stamp are fabricated;

¡âwhen a pharmaceutical company and a wholesaler describe one-sided sales without placing orders through the pharmacy;

¡âwhen a pharmaceutical company and a wholesaler evade credit card payments;

¡âwhen a pharmaceutical company and a wholesaler reject the compensation of tablets an appropriate reduced price; and

¡â when a pharmaceutical company¡¯s and a wholesaler's unlawful behavior is confirmed after receiving member complaints about unreasonable trading practices.
